This place is in a remodeled old bank building in the very popular and trendy Central/Camelback corridor, now a hub of new restaurants in central Phoenix. Great atmosphere, pizza choices had a lot of unusual toppings typical of most gourmet pizzerias, of which phoenix has a multitude of excellent choices. More traditional basic pizza also available. This was my second time here, crust wasn't as crispy as I had remembered the first time I came but pizza was still very good. Phoenix is a great pizza town with many excellent gourmet pizza places and it's all about the crust. Federal's isn't the best, I still think others like North Arcadia and Pane Bianco do it a little better but Federal still overall rates high. One downside, no liquor license so no cocktails but lots of beer and wine
