“Excellent quality and flavorful combos”
Reviewed November 11, 2013

The lunch menu is filled with familiar options, but made with a bit of flair and creativity which makes them doubly satisfying. Portion sizes are large, not huge. The wine list is extensive and offers several by the glass, in 12-oz portions, or full bottles. The mussels are outstanding, just wish there was more bread to soak in the outrageously yummy tomato broth. The pork posole soup was hearty and delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed every bite (and sip), but unfortunately didn't have room for dessert. A good reason to return - soon!

“Great Dining: Scottsdale, AZ”
Reviewed October 23, 2013

Rusconi,s American Kitchen is in a strip mall but the dining experience is grand-quality of food and service is outstanding. Reasonable pricing and nicely portioned meals; not for the diner who only wants volume, not quality! We would eat here frequently if we lived in the area! A highlight of our weeks stay in wonderful Scottsdale.

“Disrespectful hostess”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

I normally love this place I always feel very welcomed when I come in the one hostess that has been there for quit some time normally always really good to my wife and will always try her hardest to get us in especially when we forget to make a reservation. Also the service that we get is great no matter what server we get our favs are John D. Taylor and of course Dave up at the bar. Last night might have just ended that for us when we did not see are normal girl up at the door and were rudely greeted by someone new we have never felt so uncomfortable coming in to this restaurant then we did last night we were bringing in some friends that had never tried the place and we were really talking the place up to them. This new hostess was rolling her eyes at us giving us dirty looks when we said we didnt have a reservation and wouldnt even give us the option to sit at the bar! Needless to say we wont be coming back! To bad we thought highly of this place until last night!

“First-time visit”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

My two friends and I had happy hour here last week for the first time. We ordered the short rib sliders with fries and the kitchen platter which is anti-pasta. Sliders had great flavor, drinks were good and I think the owner will be successful. He was formerly the chef at Lon's which is a first-class place. The wood burning grill gives the meat a great flavor and the aroma greets you as you walk in the door. We'll go back and try the entrees -pork, fish, steaks, salads and more. They serve lunch and brunch.

“An outstanding meal in Scottsdale”
Reviewed September 10, 2013

I visit Scottsdale a lot for business and thought that I knew a lot of good restaurant's. We had a group go to Rusconi's for dinner and everyone loved their food.

This is a rare restaurant - great food, good value and excellent service.

A great atmosphere without being too loud.

My big mistake is going to be to tell you to go there SOON!!!! (It will make it harder for me to get a table)
