Last night was my first night at this lovely restaurant. The restaurant is in a house off of Camelback Road. I highly recommend reservations because the restaurant is small and intimate. When we arrived for our 6:30 pm reservation there were only about four tables occupied and we were seated at what I think was the worse table right by the kitchen. Fortunately my date asked to be moved to a better table. By 7:30 pm the restaurant is quite full so I would request a specific table because there are two that sit near the kitchen. The staff consisted of the hostess and a female server for the two rooms. All did an excellent job and were attentive and friendly. We ordered two starters, the Brie Brulee and the Three Onion Tarte. My favorite was the tarte. We split a salad which was nothing outstanding. For dinner we both ordered the Sea Bass. This dish was spectacular! We ordered two desserts, a lemon tarte and a chocolate tarte. I thought they were average at best. The desserts reminded me of something I would purchased at Whole Foods or AJs, they look spectacular but lacked anything interesting. Most tables consisted of couples on dates dressed up for the evening. If you are looking for a nice restaurant to take a date, this place is the place!
BTW - they will be moving to a new location around March to May.
