My wife and I ate dinner here during a business trip. The restaurant looked promising - clean, with a nicely-designed layout that included grill-side group seat, booths, table and seats at the sushi bar.
We both opted to have sushi rolls - including shrimp tempura rolls, lobster roll and one of their specialty house rolls that included salmon (can't remember the name). They came with the traditional fare of miso soup, which was OK.
The sushi itself was just plain disappointing. The quality was also just OK (like the soup) but there were enough "sauces" drenched across the top to rival a heavily-loaded chili dog. We weren't sure if this was to enhance the flavor, or simply cover it up. Either way, it came off as more of a mushy mess than finely-crafted sushi. Seemed more reminiscent of sushi you'd buy at a grocery store that had been sitting around for a few hours.
Given their higher price points compared to some other places in the area (and the consistently good quality of those places), we expected more. Just an overall disappointing experience...
