Cook's has garnered both local and national acclaim. This time-honored tradition lives through the vision of Executive Chef Todd Allison. Chef Allison's culinary style can be summed up in three words - crafted, thoughtful and bold - which are all precisely in line with the Mediterranean principles of fresh, seasonal, local and ingredient-driven cooking.Explore the new T. Cook's this season. Whether for a special, romantic occasion with a candlelit dinner on one of our two patios, complete with scenic Camelback Mountain views, inviting fireplaces and blooming bougainvillea; for socializing with friends inside T. Cook's vibrant and colorful new dining room or glass-enclosed Wine and Tequila tasting room; or, for inviting colleagues to your next power lunch. All of this and more are currently on the menu at T. Cook's restaurant this season, located in the heart of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

If you're into fine dining combined with wholesome, made-from-scratch ingredients, this is your place. There were 8 of us and we each tried something different and sampled each other's meals...every single dish, every salad, every dessert...perfection. Our waiter was a super-star who could not only handle a group of tired and somewhat fussy women...he encouraged us to "bring it on" and amazed us time after time with his suggestions and patience. We all bought several jars of homemade pesto, jams, whatever he was selling - we were buying and happily.

It begins with the ambiance of Royal Palms (before you even enter the restaurant), and then it only gets better. Charming, romantic, very special indeed! And then we can talk about the menu which is fabulous on its own!

We went for Sunday Brunch (non-holiday/mothers day/etc)
It was just ok! We always enjoy the Spanish setting & outdoor seating offered at T Cooks and have been there for happy hours & celebration dinners in the past. However, I felt like the Brunch was lacking some extra punch/pizzaz for the money being spent. The only extra feature was the omelet station. They did have a shrimp & crab leg station. But maybe one extra station with some punch to it, like a meat station/carving station.
I did enjoy the watermelon+arugula+feta cheese salad. But over all, not much else to highlight. Maybe I am spoiled by some of the high-end brunch's in Las Vegas. But we spent $130(incl tip) for two people:the buffet+1 entree item each & 1 glass of champagne each.
The entree was Banana & pecan French Toast.
The buffet is priced at $38 or $28+price of entree (avg cost $14) = $42 (which seemed like the better option for $4 more)
Most brunch drinks (mimosas/champagne/sangria) avg $8
We will return to T Cooks for dinner, or happy hour. But can't say we'll be back for a regular sunday brunch.

My wife and I have been living in the Phoenix area for 11 years. We have eaten at hundreds of restaurants in that time , but for some reason, never at T. Cook's. Now we have as of last night.
The atmosphere and surroundings were lovely with the backdrop of Camelback Mountain.
We ate outdoors on a beautiful Spring Arizona evening.
Our server ( Robert) was cordial and knowledgeable and was most helpful. The executive sous chef came out to make sure our dinner was perfect. We had a great dinner, we had lamb and halibut for entrees and they were spectacular and perfectly prepared.
We heard that the restaurant is closing for remodeling during the summer, we can't wait to go back when it reopens.

Consistent product, well prepared and served. Quite romantic. Nice to walk the grounds as it is in a boutique hotel.
