This is a great house on a pretty quiet street. We had to drive through some pretty poor parts of town to get there but we felt it was worth it. The house is in various parts of repair, disrepair, and completion. The bath room was clean and redesigned but the toilet got stopped up once as did the sink. There are 4 bedrooms and a couch, so if you double up and put 1 on the couch, it sleeps 9. There is a great room with a fireplace that has no furniture and could be another bedroom if necessary. The pool was nice and deep on one end, but the patio furniture was falling apart. There is an empty space where a diving board once was and the light in the pool is missing as well. Parts of the outside walls have been repaired and parts are coming apart. As the ad states if you want a perfect place look elsewhere. The owner left a nice note, a bottle of wine, and some water in the fridge for us when we arrived. The odd thing was that there was other food and liquor but a shelf was saved for us to store our food as well. On our second day an official from Phoenix showed up and asked about the owner claiming he hadn't paid some type of registration fee and he had been trying to locate someone while staying there. The owner was very amicable and said it was a misunderstanding. We took him at his word. If this place continues to upgrade it will be amazing. As it is right now, it's a great value with some hiccups.
