This is one of our go-to "safe for a Celiac" restaurants. The pizza is delicious. The wings come with a variety of sauces. Additionally, you will find a variety of salads and other healthy entrees. We NEVER worry about accidental cross-contamination when eating here.

I really love the lunch menu where you can combine a slice of pizza or pasta and a salad, or you can have soup and salad or just soup or just salad. I went twice in one week. The service is excellent . One of the days I went with a severely peanut allergic son and we were very concerned to see peanuts on the menu but were assured that extra caution would be taken and we felt comfortable and all good

We were looking for a pizza place close to Anasazi Village... had read about this place in New Times as well... bonus was we arrived during Happy Hour "Healthy Hour", 3-6 each day half off all Starters!... great healthy food options... had Italian seasoned wings and artichoke dip as starter ( best dip ever of this type!)... then two individual organic whole wheat crust pizzas"Meaty Meaty" and BBQ chicken.... soooo good!... took most of our pizza home!!!... left feeling satisfied but not that greasy over-eaten feeling!!!
Amber the server was awesome!, as were all the staff... pleasant , friendly, efficient!!!... Highly recommend this place!!!

We have a family with lots of foodie issues, some need gluten free, some corn free, and some dairy free. AND kids who are picky. The menu here is fantastic and the staff are well informed about the ingredients. Prices are high but if you go between 3 and 6, the appetizers are half price and worth it. We shared the gluten free brownie dessert with coconut ice cream too.

I'm in heaven. I'm Italian, and gluten intolerant. The selection is fantastic. I had the spinach Ricotta Cannelloni, in Alfredo sauce!!!!---delicious. Of course we had to try the tiramisu. Considering it too is gluten free, I'd rate it as very good. Since we brought it home I added a touch of Don Braulio. This is a coffee flavored rum from Costa Rica and boy, talk about decadent! YES we will definitely eat here again, and again.
