“Never disappoints,”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 10, 2013

I have yet to have a bad meal at any Texas rode house, the service and food are consistently excellent! and very good value. I have nothing but good things to say about this chain. I always worry when I see a bunch of kids, but the place is noisy enough to drown them out, mostly from the waiters and waitresses singing and dancing, a great fun, wonderful food and service restaurant

“Picked this restaurant as I was familiar with chain”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 29, 2013

The Texas Roadhouse chain has always been consistent. This restaurant was no exception, I was on a business trip and this restaurant did a great job. Had a small steak and it was in line with other restaurants in this price range.

“Great atmosphere and love the peanuts and the bread”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 16, 2013

No complaints here, they kept my soda glass full at all times! Be carefull of the bread it's so good, you'll have to make room for the doggie bag in the car because you won't be able to finish your dinner.

“above average”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 25, 2013

Went twice while traveling in Phoenix. Great for ribs lovers, free buns and pulled pork were way too greasy/fatty. Services were fast and polite, however it's a very noisy place. Floors were greasy, lighting probably presents it being seen. rating should be 3+, will go back for ribs.

“Great food - Lots of noise”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

Went to the Texas Roadhouse with a group of 10 and that tended to be a small problem. They don't take reservations and are always crowded - so I'm told. Nevertheless we did get seated after a short wait. Somehow I got the impression that they don't cater to larger groups because the seating was awkward and the service was as well. Example: We all ordered at the same time and 6 of our dinners came out together. The other 4 came out some 10-15 minutes later. I complained and was told by our waiter that the "policy" was to submit only 6 at a time on one ticket, so our two tickets for this one table got separated and therefore one was delayed. Awkward. The noise level was quite high and we were seated way in a corner so didn't get the full effect. If we had been sitting out in the middle of the restaturant we wouldn't have been able to hear ourselves think, moreless talk. With all that said, the food was so good it didn't seem to matter after a while. I would return for the food and suffer the ambiance, but I would hate to bring a party of 7 and have one person left out until the kitchen got around to that order. Seems like a nonsensical policy.
