Stayed at hotel for 2 nights for a conference. It's a large hotel and the property is very pretty. The pool area is nice and would certainly be nice for kids, though mine weren't on the trip. The hotel upgraded me to a suite given my status with Marriott, which was nice. The suite was large and clean with a nice view. The two downsides are the restaurants, which are expensive and not that good, and the gym options, which are disappointing. There is a small gym by the pool and then another gym attached to the spa. They are both small and don't have a lot of equipment. For a hotel this size I did expect more. The conference facilities are impressive and very large. Overall, it was fine. Not sure I would choose to stay there if I were traveling to the area with family.

Room Tip: I had a suite on the 3rd floor. It was large and clean with a nice view. Plenty of room if you were traveling with a family of 4.

What a wonderful resort any time of the year! Luxurious setting, attentive staff, wonderful food and awesome lazy river. This place provided a great long weekend getaway. I would go back here whenever the opportunity comes up.

I had the opportunity of staying for a week at JW Marriott Desert Ridge and let me tell you that is great ... in everything, services, rooms, facilities. A good place to stay. As part of a congress held there it was interesting to see how a great hotel can make the difference.

Beautiful resort in thee middle of the desert! Clean, great rooms, awesome pools and wonderful golf course! Will stay there again if I get the opportunity! Close to shopping! Spa was everything you would expect from a Marriott. Timely, clean, and best of all...Tranquil!

Room Tip: Our. Room faced the mountains and it was beautiful! Sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking!

The service at this hotel is like no other. From the minute you step into the lobby until you check-out, the people and staff of this hotel ensure your stay is perfect. The hotel rooms are clean and very roomy, the restaurant staff is phenomenal (I ate at every one during my 5 day stay) and they really go out of your way to give you the best experience of your life. I really cannot say enough. I have traveled a lot for business and have stayed at some of the best hotels in North America and this hotel blows the others out of the water in terms of top notch service.
