We booked on Golfnow.com and got a great deal (must be off season) because it was only $39 per person for 18 holes (Faldo course) which included a cart with GPS and range balls. We played the week of June 10th. Yes it was hot, but tolerable.

The service in the clubhouse was excellent, we were welcomed with big smiles and a friendly vibe. The course was in fantastic shape, super fun to play with lots of picture opportunities of different creatures that also share the course. Bunnies, snakes, lovely green and blue birds and a smaller version of a marmot who loved to have his picture taken. We had a great time.

The girl on the cart didn't forget about us and came by three times, and the pro shop was well stocked with every golf item imaginable. The starters even washed my clubs for me! Now THAT'S SERVICE! Can't wait to play the Palmer course next time!!

I absolutely love this course because its gots lots and lots of sand 9over 100 bunkers), its target golf so levels out the playing field for the not too long hitters.

Liked the place except for a misguided Player Assistant at the turn. Our group of 8 played the Faldo course and the course was in fine shape and really liked it. The staff at the bag drop and in the clubhouse and restaurant were great! I have been a Marriott member for 20 years. Also a bus load of players showed up for play on the Palmer course. As we enjoyed our front nine on the Faldo course and made the turn to the 10th tee, the 'Player Assistant' that we had not seen all day comes rushing up to us complaining how we are four minutes behind. We look back over the course and there is no one within in two holes of our second group which is hitting on to the ninth green. It was explained to us that we need to play faster because he has a lot of players coming over from a larger group on the Palmer course and cannot have anything holding them up on the Faldo Course and before we could respond he ran to his cart and drove off. I understand if he just said guys you are a few minutes behind can you PLEASE pick-up the pace. But to scold us and we were holding no one up and then make us feel like our business was not valued because we were not part of the bus group was wrong. Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior by the player assistant. Have been doing these group trips for over 25 years and have never been treated as poorly as this player assistant treated us.

You need to be a reasonable player to get the most our ofvthis course which meanders between housing and has some challenging water hazards.

my wife and I played the Palmer course; it has it all just right. The golf carts are modern quiet and fast, each one has a GPS setup with hole flyover. The fairways, tee boxes and greens were in perfect condition. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The golf shop is the best I've ever seen and the 19th hole is luxurious. Best golf experience ever in my 56 years.
