I had a wonderful massage, but would say that the facilities are just ok, not anything fabulous. A little disappointing for a hotel this nice. A better choice would be the Montelucia Hotel spa, which is first rate.

This place needs to be re-done. Shame on Waldorf for not fixing it up. The place was dirty and poor amenities. The staff was very nice and the treatments just so-so. Very dissapointing.

I was taken to the Biltmore Spa and presented with their signature Dream Catcher Aromatherapy Massage as a surprise birthday gift. I cannot begin to express how impressed I was from the start,

The spa itself is a little bit of a challenge to locate since there is very little signage. However, upon asking for help, I was provided a cheerful escort who walked me around the grounds and to the spa with no complaint.

I was greeted warmly and provided a tour of the spotless and comfortable facility. I proceeded to change into the provided cushy robe and slippers and was immediately greeted by Christa House, LMT who would provide the message. She put me immediately at ease with her graceful demeanor.

Ms House's technique can only be described as sublime. The combination of warm stones, essential oils, calm voice explaining what she was doing and an amazing touch provided an experience I will never forget. True bliss.

I can't recommend the Biltmore Spa - or Christa's expertise - with more enthusiasm.
