“Children's delight”

Could be larger and have better parking, but after that I have no dislikes. The hands on and play areas are great. My grand kids do not get tired of this place.

“Must visit for young children”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 3, 2014 via mobile

We took our nearly 11-month old daughter to the Children's Museum and she absolutely loved it! We were there about two hours and it was worth every penny. We enjoyed a 30-minute Brain Time for Babies class with the price of our admission, took in the noodle forest, and spent a lot of time in The Place for Threes and Younger area. Even at not quite 11 months, there was a lot for our daughter to do (though she is walking on her own fairly confidently now).

The majority of the museum is probably best suited for children 3 to 8, though there is definitely a good amount for those under 3 too (but they should probably be at least confident crawlers - if not walking - to really enjoy it). Children 8-10 will probably enjoy areas like the craft room and book nook, as well as the fantastic 3-storey treehouse in the museum's center. Those over 10 probably won't get a lot out of this museum, unless they're with younger children and are interested in helping these children experience it.

“Something for All Kids”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 3, 2014

We took the grandkids, ages 7 & 10, to the museum on the last weekday of Christmas vacation from school. It was plenty busy, with children of all ages, parents, grandparents, groups, etc. In spite of the sheer numbers of kids, the grandkids had a great time. We spent 1 1/2 hours, and the kids were entertained and non-stop for the entire time. No 'I'm bored and can we go' during our entire time. It was easy to lose track as the kids were going from one activity to another. The 'foam tube forest' was great and we even went through a couple of time. They finished with the 'Arts & Crafts' area on the 2nd floor. Our grandaughter wanted to 'paint the castle'. She was provided with a smock and the paints are water soluble so washing up or cleaning clothing that accidentally gets paint was easy. This was a wonderful children's museum and a fun experience for all of us.

“Great play museum”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 2, 2014

This is an incredible facility. The climber alone is worth going. A very tactile, play based learning experience, definitely geared towards the younger ones. Lots of experiences here, but not quite sure I'd refer to it as "educational" at least in the classical sense.

“Fun for younger children!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 1, 2014 via mobile

This place was great for my 5 year old! She had a blast and loved exploring everything!! My two older children were not as interested. So I would definitely say it's best for younger children! But overall we still had fun!
