“Not a bad seat in the house”
Reviewed April 15, 2014

Went to a Suns game here last night and had nosebleed seats but could still see everything perfectly. Good venue, clean, easy parking across the street...not hard to get in or out of. Would be even more perfect if the Suns could learn to play basketball...;).

“Cher's "Dressed to Kill" Concert”
Reviewed March 23, 2014

We were fortunate to see the first night of Cher's newest tour. It opened with Pat Benatar and Neil Gerado, who were celebrating the kick-off of their 35th anniversary tour (and their 32nd wedding anniversary). They performed a mix of favorite Benatar oldies and Geraldo compositions for a solid hour; what a great beginning!

Then, after a break to get the stage ready, out came the diva herself...Cher singing "Woman's World". She gave a brief monolog, which included a request to "grade the show on a curve" as it was their first live performance. Sure, there were a few glitches but what a show! It included a very touching tribute to Sonny Bono; many old hits like "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves" and "Half Breed"; some of her more recent songs; and covers like "Walking in Memphis." For two hours we were treated to one amazing set after another with dancers, gymnasts, and of course Cher's succession of great costumes; and yes, she still looks great in a black bodysuit!

This is a wonderful show and very possibly her last tour: GO SEE IT!

“Harlem Globetrotters”
Reviewed February 26, 2014

Well first of all, this is an official stadium for the professional basketball team the phoenix sun. We seen the Harlem Globetrotters and was such a blast. Was on sunday so the parking was easy, as you don't have to pay on sunday. Prices inside are inflated like all those places, but they allow you to bring in your own water. Was a lot of fun.
