“Tasty!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 9, 2013

We were looking for a good casual restaurant near our hotel. After consulting TripAdvisor, we ended up at The District. We were there on a Tuesday evening and almost had the restaurant to ourselves. This was NOT a sign of the quality of the food. It was fabulous! I'm not a steak person, however both of my colleagues had steak and were raving about it. I had the cedar plank salmon with risotto. Also fabulous. This is not where it ended.

Normally we don't do dessert, but we couldn't pass up the unique dessert selection. Regardless of whether you place a dessert order, you'll get a unique after dinner treat - cotton candy. :-) Between the 3 of us, we had the whoopie pie, carrot cake and butterscotch pudding. All were very good.

It was a little on the expensive side (salmon was $24), but it was all a nice treat.

“The District - Downtown Phoenix”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 9, 2013

My wife and I enjoyed a great early evening, Happy Hour and dinner at the District in the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Phoenix. It was a Busy Friday Night but the Food and service were great. We'll definitely return to this elegant, comfortable and happening spot. It is a great mixture of after work crowd, locals and visitors from out of town.
Our server was Kenzie M and she was fantastic.
Ask her about her special Blueberry Pancake drink!

“Amazing Easter brunch!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

We decided to try the Easter brunch at the Distict as we had no family coming and wanted to do something special.

We had read several good reviews of the happy hour here, but were not prepared for the absolutely amazing brunch they had going.

1. Service was great! Everyone was very friendly. They showed us where everything was as they were seating us.
2. The selection of food was crazy! They had everything from filet Mingon to stuffed French toast to crab legs.
3. Dessert bar. Need I say more?
4. Bottomless mimosas and bloody mary's
5. They even had several Easter basket stations for kids to fill their own basket.

This will become an Easter tradition for us. I am sure we will return for a nice evening out as well!
