“Allow plenty of time”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

There is a special DaVinci exhibit through June, but the permanent exhibits are very hands-on and the kids will enjoy them. It's in a nice part of Phoenix with other destinations within walking distance. Admission is pricey if you choose to do everything.

“Plenty Hands On”
Reviewed March 30, 2013

This is not billed as a kids museum, but it is great for young and old. The current daVinci exhibit is really fascinating. We spent about 3 hours there and there was plenty more to see. It is not cheap so check to see if you have reciprocity with any memberships you already have.

“We all learned a we played for hours.”
Reviewed March 30, 2013

A little pricier than I expected, but well worth the investment! Three kids 5, 7, 9 all learned and played at their level for hours. More than enough to keep us going, interested and excited about science. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband appreciated the historic Phoenix setting around the area.

“Hands-On for All Ages”
Reviewed March 29, 2013

Great, hands-on science center. Easily can devote one full day. Also, great place to get out of the heat and challenge your mind. Wonderful, participatory exhibits. We visited during Da Vinci exhibition and really enjoyed working models of his concepts and the extensive Mona Lisa presentation. Fabulous and informative, particularly for a daughter who is college art major. Highly recommended.

“Great hands-on museum”
Reviewed March 28, 2013

This is a great hands on museum that is suitable for all ages (even adults). There are so many different types of exhibits to explore. Anything from learning about the body to recycling. I would recommend starting on the 4th floor and working your way down.
