Booked this hotel last minute due to flight issues; the actual hotel was fine and pleasant, but we had issues getting the shuttle bus. We had to wait for 2 buses to go around before finally getting on the 3rd bus (bear in mind this was midnight and I made 3 or 4 calls to reception asking about the bus!). I had to fight to get on the third bus - essentially, all airline staff/crew are prioritised, and they happily waltzed in front of us and we were left to wait for the next shuttle. This was hugely disappointing - the hotel clearly needs a better shuttle capacity - and at least a queuing structure. Why should my poorly partner have had to wait and be in pain just because South West airlines have a contract with the hotel??

This place is perfect for a stay when you are flying out to another destination and need a place to park your car. The room was beautiful, big, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the security. Their hotel is the most secure hotel we’ve ever stayed in. You have to have a key card to even use the elevator to get to your floor. Also our truck was kept in a secure and enclosed garage too.
They have a really nice bar and the food was good.
We will be staying at this hotel anytime we are in Phoenix to fly somewhere else or just take in the sights.

We stayed here purely to catch a fight the next morning.
There was only one person on reception but she was chatty and calm although there was a queue of people requiring to be seen.
The room was large although a little dated.
We ate in the restaurant down stairs there also was only one waitress on duty with a number of tables in. She was a lovely lady and was very professional although run off her feet. The food was tasty and reasonable priced.
We was going to get the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning but a lady was kicking up a fuss as there was no room for her so it was suggested she squeeze in. She was making a scene and said she was wanting this documented so went back into reception with the result the minibus was very late in leaving.
So we crossed the road and went on the sky train which was no bother at all. We were even in the airport as the minibus arrived I dont understand the fuss the lady was making as the sky train runs back and forth.

We checked in on 23rdJuly. There was more than a 20 minute wait to check in, while my husband suffered not able to stand for that long due to a recent injury.
The A/C was not working, and would not drop the temp below 88 degrees. We had initially suspected that they had turned A/C off to help cut energy costs until someone came into the room. Even though cooler air was coming out of the unit, it never cooled off.
Would be nice since you are an airport hotel to offer coffee and breakfast much earlier.

Doesn't feel like a very safe place, as we were approached by multiple people (wanting money) at 4am at the closest gas station. Lots of people in the area walking around with cups, or sitting in the streets at 4am.

Parking is Valet only.

Was there on business and appreciated clenliness of the entire hotel, good breakfast, new rooms amd clean bathrooms. The bed comfort is unique and several pillows gave me the appropriate rest after an intercontinental flight of 12 hours. Sure will come back again
