This was our first time flying and we wanted to take along our 83 year old grandma since it was on her bucket list. She was nervous about how rough it would be and the crew and pilot made it so easy for her and helped her along in any way possible. The view was great and the pilot explained everything we were looking at. We were the first balloon in the air and were the only ones able to catch the sunrise. Felt very safe. Would definitely do this again and would recommend to anyone in the area!

This was the highlight of our trip to Arizona! I brought my 13 year old son and we both had a fantastic time with Captain Taylor in the sky. You can tell Taylor has been doing this for 20 years and 4,000 trips...he has the system and experience down 💯 percent! He was the perfect mix of teasing and entertaining but also made you completely confident and assured of your safety. His staff was also very friendly and professional and a pleasure to be around. The views were breathtaking and the landing couldn’t have been smoother. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Went on a balloon with the wife for the first time for our second anniversary. Lotta fun, and a great reason to get up early!
