Room was very good. Shower water pressure great. Got $5 coupon for every day without maid service. Gym adequate. Pool on 4th floor; limited sun exposure until only about 3:00. Restaurant closes for dinner at 9:30; showed up at 9:31 and was refused service. Lots of places within walking distance but cab service expensive.

We appreciate the feedback about your stay. Although I am sorry you were not able to dine with us because the restaurant had closed. I hope you’ll have a chance to do this on a return visit. I promise it will be worth the return trip!

We also want to thank you for partnering with us in our sustainability efforts in choosing to participate in our “Make A Green Choice” program. This program makes a great impact in helping to reduce our carbon footprint and we love it when our guests understand the value in it.

How lovely to stay in what appears to be a new hotel in the Starwood chain. No surprises here for us road warriors - the usual comfortable bed, great shower head - but everything was clean and shiny. Had breakfast twice at the hotel restaurant and the buffet was plentiful and the welcome warm.
There is not much going on in downtown Phoenix - the streets are quiet. The hotel is a short walk from the convention center (the reason for my visit was a meeting here), the US Airways arena, and some local bars and restaurants. I usually stay at the Westin Kierland resort in Scottsdale when visiting the area so this was something a little different for me. This is a good choice for a business traveller but not sure about families or couples looking for action or romance.

Thank you for giving us a try, we appreciate that you were willing to do so. We know that traveling is all about choices, and we feel that we have many unique things to offer.

From our state of the art work out facility, ‘Sheraton Fitness powered by Core Performance’ to our herb garden, where our vegetables and herbs are incorporated into our seasonal menu offerings in District restaurant, to our Club Lounge on the 28th floor with its phenomenal views of the valley, we are proud of this jewel of a property.

We hope you will choose us again and again. We’d love to welcome you back!

This hotel is great if you are in Phoenix for an event at the convention center. It is a quick walk to the convention center from the hotel. The hotel rooms were well appointed with comfortable furnishings and excellent bed linens. The food inthe restaurant and the in room dining was excellent quality. I would caution against ordering room service breakfast if you are on a schedule. I ordered two mornings in a row and it was late both days. You would be better off going down to the restaurant if you can. Downtown Phoenix really has nohing to recommend it other than the convention center and sports arenas. There is not shopping nearby and few restaurants other than those in the hotels. However, if you are in downtown Phoenix for a convention or for business- this hotel is a good choice

We’re happy to hear that you were comfortable during your stay and enjoyed dining here as well as staying here.

We highly recommend that if you are looking for other options for dining, shopping or activities in the downtown area, that you let our expert concierges guide you in this endeavor. They can recommend a variety of activities according to your interest.

We appreciate your feedback and your business; both mean a lot to us.

Spent 10 nights here in late July while managing a trade show booth. We hosted several meetings onsite and 90+ of my collegues also stayed here. Didn't hear any complaints. Hotel staff is very helpful. Rooms are of Sheraton standard. Resturant on site is great. Bar can be expensive. Lobby and common areas are nicely designed and comfortable. Didn't use the pool area since it was over 110 degrees each day and was there for a work function. Guest services was very helpful. Great location for access to the convention center.

Room Tip: I had a corner and it was nice. Club level is great if you can secure that.

We’re really thrilled that after a 10-night stay, you found everything to your liking. It speaks to the consistency of our staff that each day they delivered a high level of service to a large group of people, with as you say, no complaints! Nice!

Thank you for letting us know how helpful everyone was, and how great that you had a chance to dine at District right here on-site and enjoyed that experience as well.

Next time, you must visit our 4th floor, and enjoy the pool, Breeze Bar and a visit to our roof-top garden. We promise not every day is 110º.

Until then,

Warm Regards,

That is about the best news we can hear – thank you for taking the time to let us know.

The location is good if you plan to attend any convention...
The lobby looks good, the rooms not that good...
Room service when there is a convention is always overworked and mistakes are common...
I'm still waiting for them to replace the wrong delivery of my breakfast...
Average everything; no convention; don't stay there...

“Average” is a word that always captures our attention, because the team here strives to perform at a much higher level, so, when someone applies that word to us, we know we have more work to do.

Please accept our apologies for a less than stellar in room dining experience. Rest assured we will use the feedback you provided as a teaching tool for improvement.

Although our location is convenient to the convention center and often is the reason our business travelers choose us, it is our service of which we are most proud, and is the reason that our busy travelers return to us!

We are sorry that we fell short during your stay.
