Very nice hotel, outdated room furnishings but overall very nice hotel. The breakfast was complimentary and very good. Hotel Staff nice and my room was very quiet. Location was great, across from nice mall.

Nice lobby and large interior courtyard with cool water feature with Koi and Turtles. Clean facility and rooms. Rooms quiet and clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Across the street from an upscale mall with great restaurants and shops. Would stay here again but would want to pay less than the $200 per night price my company paid.

I had a great two night stay at this hotel. The rooms were enormous and the bed comfortable. The microwave is a bit hidden but open a door...its there. Check in was quick and easy. The steakhouse in the hotel was good. Didn't get charged for parking!

I was booked into this hotel on a business trip and was skeptical after reading the reviews - but my experience was great. Checked in right at 3:00 with one person ahead of me and another employee immediately came up to the counter to help me so I didn't have to wait. I asked for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper and no problem, they said my room was in a quiet area and it was. A short walk through the atrium lobby with lots of greenery, waterfalls and streams with koi fish, brought me to the elevators and my room on the 4th floor. I was once again pleased with a spotlessly clean suite. The furnishings were modern and attractive, I wish I had been able to spend more time in my room and at the hotel. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept on in a long time! I usually don't sleep well in hotels but got a wonderful nights sleep with no noise from neighboring rooms or the parking lot. The A/C was quiet and worked well plus I was able to turn it down to a comfortable level for me. I like the room quite cool at night and often hotels only let you turn down the A/C to a certain temp.

The location of this Embassy Suites is terrific in an upscale neighborhood of Phoenix known as Biltmore (the Ritz Carlton is right across the street). It is also right next to a very nice mall anchored by Saks and Macys along with many restaurants and unique shops.

My stay here couldn't have been better and I would highly recommend the Embassy Suites to anyone looking for a place to stay for business or pleasure in Phoenix.

Room Tip: I stayed in Room 431 which was quiet and modern.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, the pool was large and never too busy, the room was great except for the poor air conditioning but the front desk sent up a fan, the evening reception had good (and unlimited) drinks but only veggies and chips to eat. Overall it was a great stay.

After walking into our first room and the smell of mildew, musty, old cigarettes, plus the refrigerator was not working, and the door knob for the bathroom was on wrong and broke. We called to the front desk and they said maintence would be right up. Well 20 minutes later I went done and asked for a different room. So we moved and this room was better but as the a/c tried to cool off the room it was dripping water from where the filter was and it was dripping water onto a light fixture and then to the counter. So they have some maintence issues. The breakfast was our biggest problem. The first morning the ladies dishing and makeing the omlettes were completly rude and talking back to guest telling guest that they didn't say they wanted certain things when they clearly did, and the second morning they did a buffet style breakfast but they didn't light the sternos under the food so it was cold and made us sick a couple of hours later.

Building is a bit dated but well maintained. Entered the lobby and was welcomed with old wood floors and pleasant reception area. The rest of the hallways etc in the main building are stamped concrete with Aztec looking carpet and concrete design. They have several buildings with rooms. I was in the main hotel.

The room was an older style but comfortable and clean. Bed was a king bed and comfortable. The room was on the 4th floor and faced the patio area at the back of the hotel. The windows were single pane so the patio noise was easily heard.

Food at the restaurant off the lobby was great. Little pricey but good.

Room Tip: Recommend you take a look at rooms at the front of the main building or one of the more quiet buildi...

Thank you for your review but I believe you are reviewing a different hotel. Our property has just one building and the floors in our lobby and atrium are stone.
I do hope that you will visit the Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore on your next visit to Phoenix.
