Chase field is an awesome stadium. We did the stadium tour on one day which was very exciting. We got to visit the dugout and see some of the players warming up; the tour guide was brilliant, very knowledgable and friendly. The next day we went to a game, unfortunately saw the dbacks loose to Philly but I got to see a dback home run and the fountains shooting over the pool area! Great fun! Concessions were awesome and the merch store was ace. I'm a baseball and Dbacks fan for life, hope to go back to Chase Field in the future!

Chase Field is a great venue but not just for baseball. The park itself is wonderful for baseball - great seats all around and a swimming pool as well.
We enjoy going to TGIFridays INSIDE the park and have a nice meal while watching the game. It is alot of fun.

NOTE: the restaurant is also open when there isn't a game. You can still "check out" the stadium while you are there even though the Diamondbacks are not playing.

We have been season ticket holders with the Dbacks for the last two seasons and mini plan holders for several seasons prior.

We like Chase Field. We have a sort of “bucket list” thing going and that is to go to a game at all of the major league ballparks. We are 6 parks away from that goal. Chase Field ranks up there with the best of them. We seen a game from every level of the park and we have yet to find a “bad” seat.

The scoreboard is the best there is, bar none. Fans are treated the way they should be, a tribute to the ballpark and the Dbacks. Ticket prices are among the lowest in all of baseball if not the lowest, food venues are located within easy access no matter where you sit and there is quite an array of choices if you can’t find some kind of ballpark fare that suits you that may well be your problem. The “Dbacks” Hot Dog is about the best anywhere and we have had them everywhere. Food and drink prices are pretty average for ballparks although there is a special, “Value Items” menu, with $4 beers and smaller, cheaper hot dogs and other items and if you can bring yourself to avoid multiple full priced beers you can trim at least some of the cost of a game.

With the introduction of the Metro Light Rail a couple of years ago getting there is easy and inexpensive. There is ample parking all around the area too if you choose to drive. There is a website that rates ballparks and this website ranks Chase Field at or near the very bottom of that list because, in part, there are no bars and restaurants directly adjacent to the park, like Fenway or Wrigley Field, but in the last few years that has changed with the addition of restaurants in the CityScape area and just down the street near US Airways Arena.

A tour of the park is a great way to really find out about the park and how things work. I think there is a $7 fee for a tour and well worth it. For example, are you aware that there are two jail cells in the ballpark? Neither were we until we took the tour. The most frequent visitors in those cells? According to the docent, Yankee and Dodger fans…enough said on that subject.

All-in-all Chase Field is a great place to take in a game and in air conditioned comfort to boot.

I am not a big fan of sports, but this stadium wasn’t simply about the sport, or the game, but about the costumers! The enchanting facilities: the open-air as well as the air-conditioned sitting arrangements; the wide variety of food items including hotdogs, and fried chips; the option of walking around the place to get a view of the whole field; everything made the experience more and more fun! I didn’t find it all that expensive either, including the gift shop which was also quiet reasonable. Lastly, the staff as well as the gentry was very friendly and helpful and this is a good spot for family outings and sport lovers!
