Because my friend knew it would get crowded once the baseball preseason training crowds [and players] came in we went in at 5:30, when we left at 6:30, all the seats were full, people sitting and standing waiting for their tables. Charlie was very helpful in explaining the menu, and the choice of three salsas served with the [free] very thin, crispy tortilla chips. He pointed out that the lunch menu was available to those 60+ for the evening meal. The "senior" portions are just perfect, and the plates were clean. Enjoyed the Tilapia Veracruz, served with a spicy tomato and pepper sauce, along with a few shrimp and scallops. All were perfectly cooked, and arrived HOT. It was served with tasty cilantro lime rice and fresh cooked vegetables, a nice change from the usual mexican fare of rice and re-fried beans. Charlie checked back periodically to see how we were doing, before he came became busy with other tables as they filled up.
