Sunglow Ranch was a very nice place for a two-night stay. Our casita with a living room and separate bedroom was large enough for two of us. There was a small refrigerator and microwave we did not used since breakfasts and dinners were included. No closet only a rod in the bedroom with three hangers. Dinner on Saturday evening and breakfast on Sunday morning were above average and very creative. Simply excellent. The Sunday evening meal was fine too but breakfast on Monday just very average. The setting in the mountains with a sky covered with endless stars at night was unbelievable. The birds were plentiful with an acorn woodpecker making the nest in the outside wall of our bedroom. The views from our window were breathless. We also enjoyed our own fireplace which we used both evenings because it got very cold at night. I'm glad I brought my fleece jacket. We enjoyed hiking on the property and talking with other guest before dinner. One thing we still cannot understand why there was no service during our stay. We had been informed the guests prefer not to have their beds made, towels changed, rooms vacuumed, etc. Not these guests. There was no advertised tea time time on the day of arrival. Also we asked for a light bulb to be changed but it never happened. On the same day we arrived there was another family arriving with four small children. If if ever wanted to see four small children so well behaved you should be there and witness it is possible to be pleased with small children to be around in such unique and quiet place. Overall, we had a a very pleasant stay at the Sunglow Ranch
