While visiting Payson, we had a very good dinner where the food was hot and tasty. After we were seated it took a while for the waiter to return for our order (we were pondering if this was an intentional ploy for us to pay for the second bowl of chips...), but once we ordered the service was fine and the food was served quickly. Served on hot plates (kept the food wonderfully warm) and good portions, Mexican comfort food at its best.
