Cose Buone is a small restaurant in a house on the main street of tiny Patagonia. After sipping our way through wine country, we arrived at the restaurant at 6 p.m. (our reserved time). Although not elegant, the restaurant is simple and pleasant. The young waitress (dressed in jeans) was very friendly and helpful. We had inquired about the price when making reservations and it was posted on the door ($36/person). We enjoyed small portions of an appetizer, olive buschetta, beet/orange salad, pasta dish (a bit too spicy for one person at our table) and a choice of main entree (swordfish or pork); all were delicious. Dessert was offered, which was very good; however, it was not made clear that dessert was extra. Coffee was not offered. We would defnitely return to this restaurant, and would make a couple recommendations that would enhance the experience, e.g. a blackboard menu with the meal selection and prices, waitress dress equal to environment (even in laid back Arizona), and offer coffee/tea at the completion of the meal.
