Although the menu did not speak to me, everything I ordered was delicious. I would particularly highlight the sliders and the guacamole and chips. Margaritas were tasty (try the kiwi special), but the tequila may have been low quality - I got a hangover!

Be careful because if you go in the afternoon (3pm), the same food is being served at R Bar which also has an outdoor patio adjacent to Rita's Kitchen with some major discounts on drinks and selected food items. Great service both places! After Lon's lost my dinner reservation on New Year's Eve, I was relieved to be able to get in here!

Had a couple of the "Christmas Margarita's" and the "Tortilla Soup" at the bar. The "Tortilla Soup" is not as good as it use to be, before they did the Big remodel, a few years ago. Not sure if it got changed .. but the "Tortilla Soup' before that was the BEST i have ever had. They Bar was very Festive and busy as it was a couple of weeks before Christmas. They also had Live Music that was nice. It's a Nice place to unwind!

Rita's is great for casual dining, with a central location at the resort and indoor/outdoor seating options. We ate here three times during our short stay. We were never bored with the food, as there are plenty of options. The guacamole, salsa, and chips were excellent and somehow filled us up for hours and hours. Because we liked Rita's so much and were busy with the game, we did not eat at BLT Steak, the fine dining spot at the resort. Maybe next time. We did eat at Rita's for breakfast. We had the buffet mostly, which had plenty of great options, healthy and otherwise. We also tried the huevos rancheros (a specialty), the pancakes, and the eggs benedict. All were very good.

Had dinner here late one evening after our flight arrived. The prices were very reasonable compared to other local restaurants and the food was very tasty. I had tacos and my friend had the Marriott Burger. For an appetizer we had chips and salsa, which came with 4 different types of salsa. Be careful as the one was habenarjo and was very very spicy! If you like spicy you will love it, if not you will be breathing fire!
