Chef Beau won me over with his Escargot Pot Pie. I'm still dreaming of the savory taste and fresh presentation of this classic dish. The meal was paired with a delicious wine from Oregon which I would have never chosen thanks to the recommendation of the sommelier.

This is a big room with a range of seating choices that range from quiet/intimate to wide open and social. We have dined here for breakfast, lunch and dinner on numerous occaisions and have yet to be disappointed.

The rule is that views are inversely related to food quality - but here's the exception to the rule: manificent views on the slopes of Camelback Mountain overlooking the twinkling lights of the desert city. But the real reason to come here is the simply outstanding food: from the breads to the deserts, this is a top kitchen, on a par with the best restaurants in New York, Chicago, LA, etc. Our party of 6 had dinner here on Christmas Day - expensive ($75/person) but we unanimously agreed it was worth it (and we rarely say that!). Everything was not merely acceptable but affirmatively delicious. The service was friendly and professional. Definitely a "destination restaurant" in that it's worth going out of your way to have dinner here.

On your next visit to Phoenix, this is a total MUST! Chef Beau has created a fantastic menu, outstanding service, delightful ambiance, and fabulous wine list. A five star on every level. Start with the sommelier and go with his recommendations, and then relax and enjoy your entire evening
