The woman that took us on our tour has a real passion for Robert Louis Stevenson and knows and has read all his books. Her song she sang had us in tears, wonderful tour, so much information and great spot he chose all those years ago

We had a very good tour guide who took us around, worth a visit. It was quite hot though. Prices for adults are now 20 tala.

The guided tour. The guide was passionate about the Museum and was very knowledgeable about her subject. She also sang us a beautiful Samoan song. The grounds are beautifully kept with beautiful flowers and trees overlooking the museum. It is a must see tourist attraction.
The museum isn't very well sign posted so you have to be on the lookout but you can ask any of the locals and they will be happy to help you.

Nothing to dislike, the tour operator and presentation of the museum was excellent along with the beautifully appointed gardens. Additionally the tour operator's singing demo was excellent.

The museum is nice, but it is mostly all a recreation, i beleive there are only 2 original pieces in the museum. The quality of the tour depends on your tour guide, each tour takes about 15 minutes. If museums bore you, consider doing the hike up Mt. Vaea to go see RLS grave. The trails were damaged by Cyclone Evan in late 2012 but should be back up and groomed. There used to be two trails, one easy and one hard, i reccomend the easy one up and the hard one down.
