“Fabulous!”

My husband and I stayed at Seabreeze for 5 nights in March to celebrate my 30th birthday. It was an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and were well looked after. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Honeymoon Villa and it was just beautiful - the furnishings and little details are all perfect. The pool and swim up bar are the ideal place to spend an afternoon and the beach with its crystal clear water is paradise We relaxed, drank, ate, swam, snorkelled, kayaked.....and drank more! The cocktails and food are wonderful - and great value. The staff are lovely - always smiling and ready to help with anything. Special mentions to Ace who looked after us for breakfast and dinner every day and kept us entertained with his guitar and singing abilities and also the bar staff who climbed a coconut tree especially to get a coconut for my cocktail! Chris was a great tour organiser - he helped us with bookings, maps, tides and a phone so my family could contact me on my birthday. I also hsd a cake and happy birthday song in Samoan. We will be back and highly recommend Seabreeze to everyone.

Really lovely boutique resort set in a sheltered bay, surrounded by a reef. Really good food - we had stunning meals each night. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay a pleasure. Chris & Wendy have put together a great team who are very proud of their work. We stayed in a Reef View Villa, a Beachside Villa and also the Honeymoon Villa - the Beachside (No. 9) was our favourite for layout & overall amenity. A few minutes drive to the west & east of the resort found beautiful quiet beaches.Recommend having a rental car which we got for about $45AUD per day from Funway Rentals..

Room Tip: We loved room No.9, one of the Beachside Villas - it does not have direct access to the beach as it...

What a perfect place to stay on Samoa. The food, the staff, the rooms (we stayed at the beachfront villa) are just amazing. A hangmat on every deck, big bonus! The beach is small, but there are lots of beaches around, the pool is lovely with a perfect view. Chris and Wendy take good care of every guest, you are in really good hands! Nothing more to add, now go and enjoy paradise!

We had the pleasure recently to have a few days at the Seabreeze Samoa.
This was our first visit to Samoa (having holidayed for years in Fiji) so didn't know what to expect and we weren't disappointed.
The resort is superb. In just a few words our summary is:
- Friendly hosts, Chris is really proud of his team and rightly so, they are polite, friendly and totally professional
- Food, we love our food and often self cater when we travel (no need at this resort) - the food was fantastic (reasonably priced) and the daily specials interesting and challenging - the pork belly!! the duck!! Having breakfast included with a small but absolutely adequate selection was a bonus - the fresh fruit starter - yum
- Facilities - lovely pool, stunning outlook out to sea and the reef beyond - good snorkeling, good gear (brought our own but no need) pool bar and loved the huge loungers!
- Friday night Island night (think that's what it was called) - we were a little hesitant but this is a "must do" the entertainment and the local food was outstanding
We will definitely be back to this resort and to beautiful Samoa but this time for a longer stay and we may even hire a car to have a better look around. That was our intention this time but we ended up just staying at Seabreeze and relaxing with other guests - met some fantastic people, had some fun times.
Highly recommend this resort.

Room Tip: Whoops - not sure how to delete the fitness centre - there isn't one. The rooms are great - We...

Wonderful hotel in amazing setting. Beautifully decorated and furnished rooms with lovely hammock out on big private deck overlooking pool. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Chris. Food was delicious, especially the Jaffa slice! Yum! Great choice of included breakfasts too. Kayaking was fun and pool was very welcome to cool down regularly. 2 very cute, friendly pet cats too for those that like them! :) Will definitely return...

I stayed here with my partner for a week last month. The setting is beautiful, the rooms pretty good and the staff generally attentive. A few gripes:

The weekend we arrived the owners were entertaining a group of their friends who they were obviously hosting at the hotel (it was a slow week). On the first night they took over the best part of the restaurant - the open deck - and we weren't allowed to eat out there (Hello, we're paying guests!). To add insult to injury the tables outside were set with white linen while we had to settle for place mats inside.

Next day the owners and their guests commandeered the deck again, for lunch, meaning we couldn't eat there.

Bizarrely, when the deck was free from then on the staff tried to discourage us from sitting there by not setting places out there. Hello, it's the best part of the restaurant.

Staff were generally pretty good other then one surly waiter who muttered audibly whenever we asked for something and then joked in Samoan with the other staff - obviously at our expense.

The wine list is poor - not enough choice and generally cheap brands. The cocktails are watery - our daiquiris clearly had no rum in them.

Worst of all, though, was the constant sound track from the 60s that the staff insisted on playing at high volume for their own pleasure. There appeared to only be one CD which was played over and over and over again.'If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me", "Under the Boardwalk". Guys, we're in 2013, not 1973. Change the music.

Room Tip: Pay the extra and get a beach front villa. The other rooms are pretty average.

We thank you for your feedback regarding Seabreeze. It is unfortunate that you were so disappointed on not using the end pavilion for a short period during your week long stay! It was actually a one off "Thank you" from ourselves to 6 very special people that helped re-established Seabreeze after the 2009 Tsunami two of them from NZ & to all 6 we are eternally grateful.
This inconvenience was over within a 24hour period & had we been aware that you were not happy with the inside restaurant seating we would have offered you the option of a romantic garden setting, or even a private dinner on your waterfront beachfront deck. As you say the end pavilion was then available for all of our guests enjoyment, but whilst stunning this part of the restaurant is a fair weather option & our staff are trained to consider the weather & our guests comfort at all times. As the weather was inclement that week our staff did not set the outside pavilion as it is hard to move guests when the rain comes.
Our wine list has a variety of NZ whites from the Marlborough region & Australian reds from Margaret river & South Australia, we recently had a wine connoisseur visiting us, whom advised us on our wine list so we are disappointed that we could not please you with our selection.
Cocktails are all TOP SHELF we do not use mixes only genuine recipe's in this case Bacardi 30ml Strawberry Liqueur 30mil & lime juice.
Our staff have always been referred to as our greatest asset but if anyone seemed "surly" to you, we doubt that it was intentional, they are jovial in spirit & enjoy joking with each other, but we sincerely apologize if this offended you :(
We also note your comments on the music, we had a few 60's CD's that were a gift from a lovely guest from the USA, we agree entirely that music should be varied & as we have a large variety of easy listening music with different C'Ds for dinner & lunch to suit the mood, repeat music should not be an issue.
We truly wish your disappointment had been brought to our attention during your stay, we always welcome feedback as we consider it as an opportunity to improve ourselves, we do take guests comments seriously & are grateful for the opportunity of clarifying some of your concerns.

Stayed for a couple of nights over easter 2013. This is a beautiful resort in a stunning location tucked away from the rest of the world. Units are modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. Bathrooms are great with everything including hairdryer (which isn't really needed!). Chris (australian owner) and his staff are incredibly friendly and efficient - we didn't want for a thing! The beach here is not much to write home about and it looks like most guests spend their sunning time by the lovely little pool and poolside bar. You can also borrow snorkelling gear and kayaks. While the coral is still devastated from the 2009 tsunami you still get to see some pretty amazing fish. The restaurant is lovely with stunning views, brilliant food and friendly service. They do amazing tuna sashimi and also have specials to add a bit of variety. If you don't get a chance to stay here it's definitely worth visiting for lunch or dinner. Food is expensive for Samoa but it is a quality restaurant. Highly recommend Seabreeze and I would definitely go back.
Note: Seabreeze is about 1 1/2 hours drive from the airport but the hotel does transfers at a much cheaper rate than taxis and other tourist transport. It is still worth hiring a car though if you want to do some exploring of the island.

Room Tip: All the rooms seem great. The basic rooms face onto the pool, more expensive ones are more private a...
