Very clean and quiet nestled with a mountain in the back drop. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner yet easily and quickly accessible by feet to the nearby town.

Interesting view of the famous Banos neon lighted swing perched on the mountain - at night it looks as if the poles of the swing are floating.

Staff are very friendly and wear a warm smile. Front desk staff are fully fluent in English.

Equipped with a health spa, shallow pool bar and an elegant dining area.

This is a nice hotel which has quite a bit of conveniences. It is located not too far from the heart of Banos. The staff and friendly and the food was good. The spa was relaxing and a few in our group also made good use of the jacuzzi. Overall a nice experience.

I stayed there one night last week. We had breakfast and while we were grabbing our breakfast in the nearby buffet line someone stole our GoPro from the table. The only other guests in the restaurant were two families sitting far from us, so we're very confident one of the staff stole the camera. Despite having a big panel of security camera footage in the entrance, the staff conveniently told us when we told them what happened that the restaurant camera was not recording. Guard your stuff if you risk staying here! Also, their big claim is that they have their own hot spring, but it's not open in the morning which would be the ideal time since that's when most people go to hot springs / other springs are open.

We stayed for 3 nights in Banos. Our kids stayed in main building in ok room and we had the pleasure to stay in one of the cabins uphill with great views on Banos. The cabins though are a bit outdated and noisy especially because the cabins are with three next to each other and the walls are from wood.
The pool is cold but there is an inside and outside hot tub.
Breakfast was at 7u30 but was never ready in time so only at 8u00 all was placed at the buffet. Complete once all there.
Would not recommend staying here. There is probably better value in lower or higher end.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling as a Spanish language educational group with 25 students and 4 other chaperones. The grounds are beautiful with lots of lime and avocado trees and a beautiful view of Baños. Some of the rooms are located in modern hotel-style buildings with three levels of two rooms per building. The other rooms are set up like cabins which are located up various flights of stairs. The 400-level cabins are set up in to the hillside and look down on the reception area and 100-level rooms. There are pools, a volleyball court, and a spa available on the property. The food in the restaurant is some of the best we had our trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating for our large group. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area.

Room tip: 100 & 200-level rooms are short walk from reception. 300+ level rooms require uphill hike with great views but are older cabins.
