We stayed in Magic Stone for 2 nights. The B&B was a real relief after having stayed in several hostels around the Quilotoa loop and in Latacunga. The Danish couple who owns the place is lovely and they make great breakfast (all own made!). Amazing bread, pancakes, jam and fresh fruit, served in the living room with views over Banos! We stayed in the blue room, with private bath, tv and wifi (signal little weak). Location is at the end of Ambato street, a 5 minute walk from the centre, 10 minutes from the bus station. A good place to rent bikes is Imagine Ecuador. Ride along the road to Puyo and visit the Diablo waterfalls! A nice walk is the hike to Bellavista, with nice views over Banos.
