I would not stay here again, but was put here while waiting to go to Antartica. Clean, nice staff, food ok.

Views beautiful from restaurant, we have a lovely view of the parking lot and they could not move us.

Room tiny, but who needs more?

Beautiful situated on a bluff in west-Ushuaia, with a view over the bay of Ushuaia. Good service of the reception, good and reasonable cheap restaurant; only Spanish-speaking servants in the restaurant.
When having a room on the southside, there is a possibility that there is noise of the road to the airport, to other parts of the town or motorcyclists racing.....

Room Tip: most quiet on the north-side of the hotel. On the south-side better views!

Relatively good location, next to jail and Carrefour and walking distance from centre.
Rooms without view to beagle channel, only the breakfast place had view. Lobby upgraded recently. Corridor and stairs are oldish, rooms are fitted and clean. No extra luxury. Breakfast is minimalist. Free wifi and parking for those who happen to have wheels.

This is a very comfortable, modern-style hotel on the edge of Ushuaia. Very new at the time of our visit. Great views towards the Beagle Channel from the dining room, the reception seating area and most rooms facing the sea. It is a short walk to the 'City at the end of the World' and probably a bit quieter generally because of that. Breakfast was good. Dinner one evening with others from our group was absolutely fine if not exceptional.
I think we were there at the same time as a previous reviewer during the unrest when hotel workers unions were protesting outside many hotels in the early hours of the morning. We were lucky as our room was at the far end of the building away from the noise so were not disturbed.

Reception staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The dining room staff seemed to be finding their feet, perhaps as it was a newer hotel? It took a while to get sandwiches but they were very tasty once they arrived!

Overall though our experience was very good.

Room Tip: Room at far end of building from reception has a reasonable view of the sea and might be a bit bigge...

I recently stayed here with my family before a cruise out of Ushuaia. The hotel is in a good location, but a bit out. The rooms are smallbut efficient. The hotel was very clean and had great WIFI service. Front desk staff could have been more helpful but I expect they were tired of transient tourists. The breakfast served was fine, but nothing outstanding. Overall fine for a night or two if in transit elsewhere.

Room Tip: Did not see an elavaator so if you need one you may want to ask for a first floor room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Adrian, at the front desk, recommended an excellent restaurant for king crab. The rooms were clean and the view was perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to shopping. The staircase nearby is in a bit of disrepair, not something to do for the first time at night. There is a steep incline to get back to the hotel. They let us check in early and stay later for no extra charge.

Quiet, clean. Good water pressure. Modern faucets. Nearby staircase to San Martin (main road and downtown area). No elevator. English spoken by hotel front desk staff. Adaptor plug provided by front desk upon asking. No wash clothes (very common situation in S. America). Window actually opens! Non smoking hotel. Amazing views from lobby and restaurant. Free wifi.

We love it. :)
