We were lucky to get the last table in this very busy and popular restaurant. As we sat there queues built up outside which is a testament to its reputation. Service was brisk and friendly and the menu was extensive. Everything was reasonably priced.
Having just arrived in Ushuaia we were keen to try the King Crab which was on the menu. However, what we got was disappointing and although there was a good portion it was bland and lacked real crab flavour. We started with empanadas which were very tasty and the local beer was good.
We will try elsewhere for the crab and wish we'd had one of the other dishes on the menu which were clearly well received by our fellow diners.
It's a small restaurant but nicely decorated inside and clearly worth a visit if you don't seek the king crab.
