This hotel has a very nice staff and is clean. There is a rustic charm to it, the rooms are a bit older, but the bathrooms are modern and clean. We stayed here over Christmas, and the only disappointing thing was that the Christmas dinner was over $100 Prixe Fixe for the meal.
While I am a huge foodie, and do not mind spending money on food but this felt a little aggressive considering this is so much more than most meals in South America, I mean its Christmas right?! We did not end up eating at the hotel for that meal but very much enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
The other thing worth mentioning is that the curtains are not amazing at blacking out the sun, which is shining close to 24 hours a day. Also, there is a small walk to downtown (about 5-10 minutes).
