The hotel is very well located only one square far from the middle of the main street. It is very very beautiful, with a big and cozy lobby.

Room was spacious and comfortable, we had good sleep. However, it was always very hot, we were supposed to open the windows in order to get some fresh air. We also expected to have a twin bed, but the hotel provided a room with two beds that we were supposed to move in order to put them together. The reception could at least had arranged someone from the service staff to make it for us.

The hotel has wi-fi only in the lobby, They could offer it also in the rooms.

The breakfast was ok, good quality food, in the average of all other hotels in Patagonia. In the same case of all 5 hotels we stayed in Patagonia, we missed some fresh bread, that one similar to a baguette or the famous "pão francês" in Brasil. They had only sliced loaf and the medialunas. The hotels in Patagonia should offer some different options of breads and less sweet things.

I fully disagree from those ones who say that it needs renovation. Definitely not! It has a different style, similar to a mountain hotel in the Alps. I do not see any reason to be renovated.

Despite some comments I made in the negative side, I emphasize that I liked the hotel and I would return for sure. It's really a beautiful and comfortable hotel.

Probably my favorite, first class, non-luxury hotel on a recent tour of Argentina. Very warm lobby and breakfast area decorated in a Spanish frontier style. Excellent location and helpful staff with a nice breakfast. Only room issues at the time were overheating and no wifi, but they were working to fix both.

We stayed in this hotel for a few days around new year. Location is great, service is ok and rooms are big, bit everything is really old fashioned. The furniture is old, elevators are not working half of the time, restaurant is closed (only open for breakfast) and there is no internet outside the lobby (and even in the lobby not working properly). The staff is sweet but the place needs renovation.

I stayed at the hotel 4 nights at the end of year 2012. Big room. Beds were good. Toilets and shower were in great condition and clean. A very good breakfast. Internet usually works good. Great location near town center.

Very nice and cozy hotel! The rooms are confortable, but the bed is a little narrow (queen size). The staff is very very nice and attencious.
The main complain I have about the hotel is that all the doors are very noisy and you can hear when all your neighboors are arriving and leaving.
