My wife and I just returned from our trip here! Oh my gosh, what a find this place was!! Alonso works in the afternoon/evening, he was so helpful. On our first night, we just wanted something easy after large meals in EZE, Alonso helped us make phone calls and found a place that delivered pizza. Very much appreciated!

One night we had purchased food in town, brought it back to the room because we had a long day seeing the sights and were very tired. The food we bought was horrible, it was 2130 and room service ended at 2100. We called and explained our situation to Alonso he said he would have something brought to our room. A short time later they brought us two (2) wraps (for lack of a better term) made with lamb and vegetables, it was out of this world and so much appreciated!

Each night we had a fire in the fireplace, the first night it was included, the following nights cost us an additional 100 ARP ($5.71), well worth it!!

Views were incredible from our room. Breakfast was a selection of cold cuts, cheese and breads, but you could request scrambled eggs and got a good size portion freshly cooked (not warmed in a large pan that was covered.)

Sophia worked the counter during the mornings, she too was so, so helpful. We asked for suggestions on what to do with our limited time. Day one she suggested going to the National Park and driving to Mount Tronador and see the black glacier. It is a bit of a drive, but well worth it. We had read other posts about not driving and hiring guides at $95 per person because the road was too rough, hog wash! We made the drive with no problems. Day two (2) she recommended the Ciruito Chica drive that was great, I about wore my camera out!

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel, great customer service, great views, wonderful fireplace and a decent price!

Room Tip: Spend the extra and get the rooms with the fireplace

The hotel is beautiful and cozy (our room even had a fireplace with complementary wood and a view of the lake), but what really sets this hotel apart is the incredible employees. We had no set plans coming to Bariloche, but within minutes of checking in our hostess, Sofia, had set up two tours, dinners for the whole weekend, and taxis to and from all of our activities. A truly beautiful place full of beautiful people. Would highly recommend staying here! :)

the top rooms are best for both view and privacy (squeaky floor noise).
you are 7 ks from Bariloche but the bus stop is right outside. You will need a Sube card which you can recharge and use if you head to BA. There is a little row of shops for supplies to the right on exiting the hotel.

Hi there,
Me and my wife stayed at the resort for 5 nights. Very convenient place to stay for local hikes, climbing or skiing. The views are amazing, staff very kind. Recommend if you stay, stay at the top, because you can hear people walking above you and it's a very squeaky noise from he wooden flooring. It requires some work. Another thing, they have lots of dogs and Ne prepared to see lots of dog poo everywhere!
Once you drive 10 out of town, you will find breathtaking views and mountains covered in snow!

Dear Damir & Dani,
I am really glad that you enjoyed the Hotel , the views and that you were happy with our staff as we work daily really hard to make this happen. And I am really sorry about the dogs ... they came from another part of the city - may be because of the quantity of snow- and during almost 2 or 3 weeks we had a lot of trouble. Luckily, this problem no longer exists. Speaking about the wooden flooring noise, this is from the optional stairs we have in one of the buildings... as we wanted to preserve the whole cypress logs and due to the heavy type of shoes people wear in cold and snowy winter, the noice of the wood is normal. I asked the Front desk and the waiters if they heard from you about this - normally we have other room options when this doesn´t happen - but unfortunatelly they said that you didn´t tell them or the manager nothing about this. They remember you as very nice people ... we hope to see you again and we will write down this opinion so as to give you a room that fits you more next time.
Regards, Gustavo Jarsun.

My wife and I visited Bariloches in late April/early May and stayed at this hotel. The views from the hotel rooms overlooking the lake are gorgeous! Be sure to catch the sunrise and sunsets. Very comfortable and lots of privacy. Guest services were excellent, and the evening chocolates were a nice touch. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions, and other information. Delicious breakfast items, accompanied with the nice aroma of argentine coffee! Its on a quiet stretch of road outside of town and very conveniently located to visit the Llao Llao Peninsula and Catedral resort.

Room Tip: Pick a room with lake view.
