Whatever I describe in this review will not capture the excellence of this property.
The staff, Jesse, Luis, et. al. are highly professional and go the extra mile to make sure you are more than enjoying the experience and they gain great personal satisfaction with your enjoyment. They are great at matching the client up wth the activity which best suits there skill level. If you need to go off property they identify the vendor who will provide the best experience. In addition, they handle the airport transfers for you smoothly.
They are on the lake and the views are beautiful.
WIth respect to activities we made use of the hiking and horseback riding. We chose a trail of moderate difficult and it provided the correct level of challenge with incredible views. If u are fortunate enough their great dogs go with you on the hike and try to keep you out of trouble. Hopefully Gandi or Alpha will choose to lead you. Those taking the more challenging trails seemed
to be happy as well. There is a trail to walk around the lake. The horseback riding was challenging for us even as a beginner but we felt comfortable as we rode up and down the mountains and along the lake. As u would expect they have do trails at different levels of difficulty. I cannot comment on the other activities although those who participated seemed very happy with them.
The food is incredible ( Gourmet). The steaks we had were cooked to perfection as were the other meals. I must say that the steak we had here, one meal only, was better than the steaks at La Cabrerra and Cabanas Las Lilias in Buenos Aires. Lots of healthy fruits and vegetables and fish. The meals are pre planned but they do try to accommodate variances.
Overall, this place is as close to perfection as you can get. The landscape is idyllic and the service is spectacular.
If I were to come back to Bariloche i would only stay here and would recommend to my friends to come here. You cannot measure the value received for this experience.
Thanks to the great staff for a an unforgettable stay. By the way, as I spoke with the other visitors here I believe they all felt similarly as to the unique quality of Peuma Hue.
