Truly spectacular location, if we had our climbing gear this place would be awesome to camp in the summer. We were trekking though and this place gets a bit wild at night as its only a day hike in and is frequented by those on the party backpacking scene, we chose to keep going and camp on our own in the wilderness, which was spectacular. I wouldn't stay in the refugio either, everything is hiked or choppered in so its expensive and really run down and grimy, stay in your own clean tent for much cheaper and quieter night.
