I stayed one night at this hotel. I wrote them via email requesting info on how to get from the airport to their hotel, but received no response. I then called them, and was told "per taxi." Well, since my flight arrived at 2:34 am, I was a bit nervous, and later on found out that they do run out of taxis at the airport at that time. So the staff response could have been better.
I arrived at the hotel, and check-in, room, breakfast, all was good, clean and safe. A standard business hotel for business travelers. Still, I had requested a quiet room several times (email and phone). At 6:55am the tv set came on by itself, rousing me from my sleep. Shortly after that, somebody began to tentatively hammer and use an electric drill next door. So much for sleep. I could not understand why they could not have waited with their renovation work until the relatively early check-out time of 10 am. So: good amenities, but the staff can be unresponsive and not very accommodating of travelers' requests for a quiet room.
