Bahia Bustamante is one of the most magical place we visited in Patagonia. We biked along miles of coastline gravel roads, saw huge colonies of protected penguins and sea lions, and slept magnificently in one of the well appointed yet rustic cabins at "Seaweed Village." Matias, the owner, and everyone on the terrific staff shared their love of the land, their respect for nature, and the fascinating history of the area with all who were interested. The food was great and in the intimacy of the historic dining hall we felt like we'd stepped back fifty years in time. My husband and I hope to return soon...truly one of our favorite places on earth.
