We were there in Nov. 2009 (early summer for Argentina). We were the only people in the hotel, for two nights. The rooms in the front are litte duplexes, sleeping 5. Each unit has beds downstairs, the bathroom (slightly small) and a small staircase that leads upstairs to more beds. This upstairs part is a loft, which overlooks the bottom part of the unit. We were with our small son he was just tickled pink with that floor plan (had to watch him on the stairs a bit though). Morning breakfast was pretty good, typical Argentine breakfast with coffee, tea, warm milk, breads, fruit salad (homemade), ham and cheese. But the dining room looks out down towards the resevoir so its really pleasant to eat there. It is about a half block from the main street, and a block from the bus terminal, so it's very well located. They have little play things in the back for kids (sparse, but fulfills its purpose). It seems to have been newly decorated, along the lines of local native decor, and it's very well done. The only negative thing (small) is there is a restaurant across the street that has live music, which may get a little loud. Nothing earplugs wouldn't fix, or maybe another room in the back of the hotel also (we were right in front). Overall an excellent stay. Did not eat in the restaurant except for breakfast so cannot comment on that. VERY reasonable prices also (but this was not yet high season)
