I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first morning, I woke up with some bites, but I assumed they were just mosquito bites. In the middle of the second night, I woke up itching, and I had bites all over my body. I checked the bed, and sure enough, there were bed bugs.
I spent the entire next morning at the laundromat trying to ensure that all of my belongings were disinfected. Overall, I spent hundreds of dollars on the room and the disinfection process.
I reported all of this to the front desk, but they told me that the manager was not available. They assured me that the manager would call me ASAP. It has been over two weeks, and despite repeated calls to the hotel, I have not been able to speak with a manager. I spoke with the corporate office, but they could only offer me "Choice Points," which I have no interest in. They told me that only the hotel was allowed to issue refunds. How am I supposed to get the hotel to issue a refund if they will not return my calls?
I am attaching pictures of one of the bugs, as well as my back, which has multiple bed bug bites. Stay away from this hotel!More
