Very clean room in a convenient location. Unappealing commercial neighborhood, but there is a great little pizza place right next door. We were there on a very busy weekend that was Opening Day for baseball season. The breakfast area is very small, and they almost ran out of food, so get there early.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I really like it because it's close to the Spring Training facilities. It also has mini-fridges in each room along with microwaves which is nice when you're traveling so you can store food and drinks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the inn, the hotel staff was very helpfull when i locked my keys inside of my vehicle they helped me unlock it and made sure that i was comfortable, i would recommend this hotel to someone else.

Room Tip: When i slept there the higher levels have less of ac unit noise, you can see alot more of the area from the top floor.

I stayed here three nights during March Spring Training. The hotel appears to be of newer construction and consequently is clean and well appointed. Towels were good and beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet which made sleeping better. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. It is owned by an India Indian family and they appear to reside on the premises. They were very cordial and pleasant at all times. The hotel is located just west of downtown Mesa. It is an older neighborhood with some empty lots and some older hotels nearby. Some reviewers were critical of the area, but I found no issues there. It is just an older part of the city. There are groceries stores and restaurants within a mile of the hotel. The breakfast was nothing exceptional...standard fair of Svengard pastries, coffee, cereal, mile juice, etc. My only criticism is that the pool is not heated and since it only March, was not comfortably warm enough for me.
