This is a wonderful hotel! We arrived early, and the man working the front desk made every effort to get us checked in and into a room as soon as possible! We were traveling with our children, so we were able to get a room on the lower floor right across from the pool. Clean room and awesome service!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Mesa!

This is an older property with adequate repairs showing it's age. I have rated this based on the limited service to Gold members. This is the first time at any Marriott brand hotel I could not get an upgrade or complimentary breakfast is lieu of the upgrade even after asking. The tap water tasted overly chlorinated, almost undrinkable. Water in the room was $3.50, cookies at the front desk - $2.00.

My first disappointing experience with the Marriott brand.

Thank you for your elite status and your loyalty to Marriott hotels as you travel. With Spring Training, Spring Break travel and vacationers wanting to escape cold weather, we simply do not have the opportunity to offer upgrades. Your suggestion is a valid one. Thank you.

Outstanding property with comfortable and large rooms, couches in all rooms, WIFI that works with out tedious interfaces seen in many other hotels. Rooms are spotless thanks to daily tending by a super housekeeping staff, and they offer an attentive and helpful front desk staff and a good location for a quiet spot in the midst of a booming Phoenix area. Easy drive to anywhere in metro area from this location, and many chain and local spots to dine.

Bonus is the very good on-property restaurant, and most especially breakfast. I was traveling with my elderly father and his lovely wife, and we all were most pleased by the hearty breakfasts cooked on site. Sweet lady who runs the restaurant in the mornings. Treat her well, as she is a great example of the quality people I have found at Marriott over the years.

For baseball lovers, the Chicago Cub rookies are housed here during the spring, so a good place to see a future star. Also note that it's about a 10 minute drive from hotel to Cubs Spring Training site.

I definitely will return to this property again.

Many thanks for your business and your review! Our team will be pleased they made a difference throughout your stay. Our location is perfect for Cubs fans, and with easy access to the freeways, all Spring Training stadiums are accessible. The Bistro concept with Starbucks beverages is popular with our guests and was created using guest input. We look forward to seeing you again.

This Courtyard had a very comfortable bed, room clean but could use a little updating! The staff was VERY accommodating. The shuttle service was very convenient for breakfast out and to get us to the Harley dealership.
