We hadn't had a good feed of pho (pronounced "fah") since January in Saigon so we checked out one of the recommended local Vietnamese restaurants. The servings were tasty and generous. The shrimp tempura appetizer was excellent. Unlike the Pho in Saigon, the herbs to be added did not include cilantro. The proprietors English was not adequate for us to find out why. He was also somewhat distracted by his TV. The value for money was also very good. The establishment is not licensed.
