This is a unique place to enjoy
an excellent dinner in a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.
We shall certainly love to pay a few more visits at the Longhorn.

If you are looking for the perfect steak that you have always dreamed of eating this is the place for you. The food is just delicious and the service is great. Desserts left a little to be desired but to be honest by the time you have had a house salad followed by steak you are done. Will definitely go back the next time we are there!

The T-bone steak was good and came with the usual food at a steakhouse, the wait staff were friendly. Would go back again.

Everything about this steakhouse was great... except the food. more specifically... the steak. Our waitress was great, the service was fantastic overall. The manager who tried to mollify my unhappiness with the steak was amazing. She obviously, honestly cares and it shows. The other food stuff (salad, bread, etc.) was all good too. My problem was the steak. Although it was cooked to the proper temperature - in fact it was exactly pink from edge to edge... neither over done nor underdone... for appearance the steak gets an A... unfortunately, the steak itself was the texture of a mattress. I would have been better served with a chainsaw rather than a steak knife to cut through it. A properly cooked, decent cut steak should slice open with limited effort. It should almost melt in your mouth. This one was more like shoe leather. It was very disappointing. The flavor of the steak was passable but given that the texture was so far off, the flavor really did not matter. The manager invited us to return and we will, mostly because of her kind dedication to customer service that really made us feel heard and like we mattered.

Tried Longhorn Steakhouse for the first time last night and immediately ran into a problem. Everything is "loaded" with garlic (as our waiter said). Well, my husband is allergic to garlic. So there wasn't one steak we could get that didn't have garlic on it. The waiter told us it was part of the seasoning to give the steaks a "robust" flavor. We asked them to keep the seasoning off and just use salt and pepper. The steaks are pretty expensive for what you get. The flavor was ok, but I had a really hard time cutting the meat. It was medium well and tender to eat, but the outside of the meat was so hard it was difficult to get the knife through. Overall, I think we will be eating at other places. This one isn't worth spending our money.
