Factory Burrito Is Awesome!

This is a melt in your mouth delectable...

The ambiance is cool here, but it is really loud... A good place to go though!

“Poor”
Reviewed July 1, 2013

I went there yesterday with my aunt and grandma visiting from California and my fiancé , the service was poor. I had dirty silver wear , our server was being sarcastic my grandmas and aunts pasta wasn't cooked all the way so they ordered a salad and the server had the nerve to take off the pasta from our bill but put the salad on that was more expensive when they should have givin it to us for free because our food wasn't cooked right. Then the manager or whatever came our to us and told us they were terribly sorry and basically they were to busy with everyone else's food they didn't care about ours, we can eat garbage.. Horrible experience and I don't think we'll ever go there again.

“Good food, poor service, poor attitude”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

We were seated at a table that needed cleaning -- water all over the table. The silverware was stained and the previous customer's check was still on the table together with their charge card information. The hostess was oblivious.....

We asked the server, Amanda, to wipe the table, bring new silverware, and that the check was still there. She took the check first. Then she wiped the table when we commented on it, responding with an "OK." Had to be reminded to bring new silverware, to which she responded with another "OK." .... But never apologized for the dirty table or silverware. Just an example of the superior-than-thou attitude that is among many young immature wait staff today.

Customers are NOT king at Cheesecake Factory -- remember that....

Really quite stupid, since a kind apology and a good attitude toward customers gets you friendlier customers and a bigger tip. You feel better about your job, and it's easier to get rid of that mean look on your face which tells the customer you got a weak spot in your training, and you have buttons that can be pushed.

The food took 25 mins to get to us, and she did not check on how we were doing until another 20 mins later. No apologies for taking so long. Figures -- she spent more time talking to a guy in an adjacent table, which 2 others also served and chatted to -- obviously someone they all knew well -- maybe a co-worker? Favoritism and prejudice will get you nowhere and plenty of bad impressions.

The food, on the other hand, was good. The burgers were large and flavorful, and reasonable in price. Too bad the front-of-house gives a bad rap to the good work from the kitchen.

Perhaps this is reflective of the manager who never once came over to check on things and obviously has no idea how to keep an eye on their staff, or perhaps train them properly. In other words, bad quality control.

“Beautiful Restaurant, Awesome Atmosphere”
Reviewed June 23, 2013

We'd talked about checking out the restaurant many times and finally stopped for lunch. My Husband had the Mac n Cheese Burger w/ Fat Tire beer, & I had the Crab n Spinach Warm Dip which came out w/ wonderfully sliced pieces of toasted French bread. I had the Gorilla/Godiva drink, & it was fantastic. The prices might scare the average spender, but the portions are more than adequate. No desert after their meals. Plan on a separate visit for Cheesecake or take some home with you. The service was worth a Large tip. We'll be back soon for Cheesecake. :-)
