This is a wonderful place to take in a Hong Kong style Dim Sum experience. They have a nice variety of traditional dim sum, attentive service and a good atmosphere. To me the only thing lacking was some originality in the offerings. If you have never had Dim Sum, try the Mekong Palace for a Sunday brunch, you won't be disappointed.

If you are looking for good Cantonese food at a great price in Phoenix, this is it. We had steamed tilapia, peking duck, oysters, and filet mignon for less than $60. The quality of the food rivals any banquet style Chinese restaurants in SoCal.

We went for Dim Sum with family and friends after a shopping trip at the nearby huge Chinese market housed in the same strip mall. Two of our friends had not experience Dim Sum yet so it was fun! This place is located in the middle of a food court and it's sectioned off. We were promptly seated. We all loved the food, they were running a special on the Dim Sum. Service was good except some of the waiters did not speak much English so it's difficult to find out what exactly was in some of these food items. There was another lady like a manager that was fluent in English. Next time we want to try some of the other dishes on the regular menu. Favorites from the many things we ordered were the BBQ buns, noodles, Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce and especially the deep fried Taro stuffed with pork. We'll definitely be back to sample more dishes!
