This hotel is a good value when you they have lower rates, but the design does allow for some noisy moments. The building is an atrium and allows every loud persons voice to come up to your room front. The clientèle at this hotel must be kids as I was awakened twice at 10pm from screaming kids running up and down various floors. Inside the walls of this property lies an older hotel and it shows in small ways, like the tub does not drain properly, the toilet sometimes has to flushed twice, and the fan from the heater/ac sounds like an old 57 Chevy. Now I would like to say that the management did get the noise under control when I complained, and during the day the place is quite. When I went over the Christmas Holiday you couldnt beat the deal I got which was 79 a night with a dinner for two and an in room movie. I would not pay full price however when Hilton has nicer and quieter properties close to this location.

I'm primarily a business traveler in the Phoenix area. I stay at the Hilton Phoenix East/Mesa hotel frequently and have found it to be a consistent performer in all aspects, friendly and prompt service, accomodations, location, and food. They have recently made enhancements like an upgraded fitness room, executive lounge, and there's plans for a pool soon. The breakfast buffet is very good and the chef at the omelet bar will make you a fantastic omelet of your choice. The music selection on the satellite radio was just what I wanted to hear in the morning too! A great stay all the way!

We have stayed here many times in the last couple of years and have nothing but excellent things to say about the clean refurbished rooms and the friendly staff. When we were checking in for our last tree night stay, we asked the girl at the desk for an upgrade. Without batting an eye, she gave us the deluxe suite with a balcony for free.

Stayed here for a combination work/play trip. Great location if you are intending to attend spring training baseball in and around Mesa. Room very comfortable and clean. Stayed on executive floor and breakfast was excellent - lots of fresh fruit and great service. I would stay here again.

We arrived in the evening upon arrival in Arizona. My first impression upon check in wasn't good, the lobby/courtyard area looks dated, like 70's dated. It is also in the Embassy Suite style of the room doorways all facing a covered courtyard area. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable and we slept well. The exercise room was adequate with a good selection of machines to use. I was more impressed with the quiet in our room upon exiting into the common area in the morning because there was a large and loud convention group downstairs they we had no idea was there until leaving. Also ordered an omlette through room service, it appeared by the size that they may have used only one egg.
