There for two nights, amazing hotel. Very nice and comfortable, room very big and spacious with two double beds, sofa, tv and mini fridge. Hotel was spotless and no noise what so ever. The pool area was very clean, towels provided and a pool food/drink service was available which was handy. Complimentary newspapers, M&Ms, hot chocolate and cookies at reception on a daily basis. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet well worth the money, had anything you could wish for and was very tasty. Close to the mall and restaurants. Hotel also offers a mini bus service to anywhere you want to go (within reason)Great hotel!

While this hotel common space was nice there was clearly problems, like portable heaters in the lobby, the vents had not been cleaned or the ceilings painted in many years, as indicated by the stains around the vents. The room that my family stayed #727 in was a junior queen suit this room was dated, the flatscreens were dim and fuzzy, there was extensive ware and tare on the room, paint missing from the walls chunks of wood and finish missing from the all of the woodwork. The carpet was old and musty. There was old and unnecessary electronics hanging down from the desk. The positive was access to the executive lounge for happy hour and breakfast.

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded since during our 4 night stay to a deluxe room with balcony. I loved the coffee and new upgraded with peter thomas roth products for the bath. Beds were comfortable. Be Aware if you buy your rooms from Priceline or another website = no breakfast. The breakfast was over $42 for two (unless you have a room voucher for free buffet). We did not so we ate just one time.
LaVazza coffee pod maker was great in room. No hassles and quiet. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Overall score 10 out of 10. Outstanding cleaning crew for my room. Stayed 4 nights January 10th with check out on the 15th.
