I have stayed at this property numerous times before moving here. The property is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. They have a galley style food service setup. There is a breakfast buffet available and they will make food to order whenever necessary throughout the day.
What sets this hotel apart from many others is the service. From the general manager on down to the front desk staff, taking care of the guests is their top priority.
It is also conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. You can get to Sky Harbor airport in just about 15 minutes. They also have a shuttle take will take you anywhere you need to go within a 5 miles radius.
You cannot go wrong staying here.

We just spent four nights here and can't recommend it enough! It's in a great location with all you need within walking distance. It's a clean and very comfortable hotel with a wonderful complimentary breakfast buffet, relaxing pool, ample exercise space, and on-site food and drink available to order all day long. It provides free shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel (ASU campus, Tempe Marketplace, the lightrail, and entertainment on Mill Avenue are within that radius). All of these things were great, but the best part of our stay was experiencing customer service at its best! From the front desk staff, to the maintenance staff, to the shuttle driver and housekeeping--every one of the staff members were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel. It was so refreshing! We will definitely stay here again and promise you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We just spent 2 nights here and this place it's great, the location is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is super stores around everywhere like wallmarts, Home Depot sheplers, sports, fishing etc.. And go to rob Keith bar and grill,it has so much atmosphere!!! Lots of food to choose from the menu, good wine and beers, great live bands on a Thursday night and kareore on Wednesday nights. The hotel itself is very good, it has a self laundry on the 3 floor, free powder at reception. The pool is lovely to lie around and havens relaxing swim. The breakfast was fine, it had ace reals, fruit and yogurts, coffee not the best pretty awful for Aussie standards, nice bagels. The staff was so friendly and attentive, everything you need is here. There is ice available. A free shuttle will take you shops but you have to tip them!!!!! So it's not free...... Better pillows are needed!!! And soft towels..... Internet was good. A safe would have been good. A TV guide would have been good as there was nothing!!! We had s quiet room but do request it. The hotel should provide a much more comprehensive area map.

Room Tip: Choose a quiet room

We stayed at the Hyatt for the Phoenix Marathon. We were impressed. The service was great, the food on the first floor was wonderful. Everyone was upbeat and helpful. We were really thankful that they started serving breakfast at 3 a.m. the morning of the marathon so we could have some food before running. I will stay here again. The only downside to our stay was the bill it seem a bit pricy... but maybe I am cheap?

In town for a week of spring training and stayed here due to the location near HoHoKam Stadium. Hotel was modern, neat, and clean, and the check in staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to the stadium, shopping, and restaurants. Best hotel of the five I visited during my tour of the area.
